Buyers and sellers should resolve disputes directly. Truzell may assist but does not guarantee refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Truzell a license to use it for platform operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Truzell is not responsible for losses or damages arising from user transactions. The platform is provided “as is.”

10. Termination

Truzell reserves the right to terminate accounts violating these terms without notice.
