Cancellation & Refund Policy

Truzell believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the **same day** of placing the order.
  • If the order has already been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, cancellation may not be entertained.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within the **same day** of receipt. The request will be entertained only after the merchant verifies the issue at their end.

Product Not as Expected

If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within the **same day** of receiving the product. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved by Truzell, the amount will be processed within **3-5 business days** and credited to the original payment method.
