It means the product has been checked for authenticity, condition, and availability before being made live for buyers.
Can I ask a Facebook/OLX seller to list their product on Truzell?
Yes! If you find an item elsewhere, ask the seller to list it on Truzell. That way, you can book it securely, and both of you get benefits like verified pickup and payment protection.
What happens when I make an offer?
Your offer goes straight to the seller β they've got 24 hours to respond, or it'll be auto-rejected by the system.
What if I contact the seller directly?
You'll need to arrange everything yourself:
- Handle your own logistics and booking
- Manage payment directly with seller
- Coordinate pickup/delivery yourself
- Important: Truzell won't be responsible for any issues that may arise
What happens if my offer is rejected?
You can revise and submit a new offer. Each buyer can make up to 3 offers per product.
What happens if my offer is accepted?

How do I book an item?
Booking is enabled only after your offer is accepted by the seller. Once accepted, you'll see the option to book through Truzell.
What does 'booking' mean on Truzell?
Booking means you're committing to buy the product at the negotiated price, and Truzell will coordinate the delivery for you.
What happens after I book a product?
Our team will connect with both you and the seller to schedule pickup and delivery β usually within the same day or next, based on availability and convenience.
What if I don't like the product upon delivery?
Returns are only accepted if the product is significantly different from what was listed. Please review all details and confirm during the pre-delivery video call.
Can I request a video call before the item is picked up?
Yes, our delivery partner will conduct a quick video call to show you the item before pickup β so you know exactly what you're getting.

Once the seller accepts your offer, their contact details will be shared via WhatsApp and visible in your 'My Offers' section. You can then go ahead and book logistics.
Can I track the status of my booking or offer?
Yes, you can track everything under the "My Offers" or "My Orders" section in the app.
Do I get a bill or invoice?
Yes, Truzell provides digital documentation showing your purchase and price for future reference.
What if I receive a damaged item?
You can raise an issue within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will investigate and support you with the next steps.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is arranged upon mutual confirmation of availability from both parties.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. All payments are processed securely through Truzell to protect both buyers and sellers.
Can I cancel my order after booking?
Cancellation is allowed before the pickup is scheduled. Once scheduled, it may not be possible.

What happens if I cancel after booking?
You can cancel anytime before delivery is scheduled. A small cancellation fee will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded to your original payment method.

Is there a listing fee?
